We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location behind Zurich's Opera House was perfect, as it provided a quiet escape in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for attractions, dining, and even making reservations for us. The room was beautifully decorated and the turn-down service added an extra touch of elegance. The bathroom was the cleanest and nicest we've experienced in Europe. We also appreciated the various amenities offered, such as room service, car hire, and laundry services. this place exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back!

The breakfast options could be more varied, but overall the service is satisfactory.

The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to cultural sites, shopping, dining, and even the lakeside for a relaxing stroll. The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The informal atmosphere, especially at the terrace bar downstairs, added to the overall experience. Plus, the value for money was unbelievable compared to other options in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a good stay in Zurich.
